·         In ancient times, apple cider vinegar has been an important part of the diet of Egyptians for weight loss. Drinking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed in a glass of water, or before each meal, helps to lose weight, as it helps to burn the excess fat accumulated in the body. Mix a quarter cup of vinegar, a cup of honey in a cup of warm water and take six to eight teaspoons a day.

 Vinegar has been used since Roman times to enhance the beauty of hair. It acts as a natural conditioner and enhances the shine of hair. To apply it the best way is to mix a tablespoon of vinegar in a cup of water and after shampooing and washing the hair, leave it on the hair for a few minutes and then wash the hair.

For insomnia, three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a cup of pure honey. Mix before going to bed and every half hour use one teaspoon.

·         In case of burning, apply vinegar on the affected area twice a day. * If you have nail fungus infection, mix one part vinegar and two parts water. And dip your nails in it for fifteen minutes daily. Gradually the fungus infection will disappear. 

·         To get rid of dryness and itching of the skin, add two tablespoons of the head to the bath water.

·           While cooking in the kitchen, if your skin burns, immediately soak the cloth in vinegar. Placing it on the affected area gives relief.

·          To remove the unpleasant odor of breath, mix half a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water and gargle with this mixture.

 To solve the problem of constipation, mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in eight ounces of water and drink it thrice a day to eliminate this mixture.
