Mango is a valuable summer gift. It is the
most popular fruit of Pakistan and India. It is the most popular fruit in
the world because of its sweetness. It is a valuable food and home remedy. In
the Vedas, mango is highly praised as the fruit of heaven.
Dietary healing and medical
use
Both raw and cooked mangoes
have medicinal benefits. Raw mango is sour, constipating and repellent. Raw
mango peel is astringent and nutritious. The bark of the mango tree is
also conducive to constipation and tissue. Mango pickle is very popular
and desirable all over the subcontinent but if it is very sour, spicy and
dipped in too much oil and react with air, it is harmful to health. People
who suffer from arthritis and pain should avoid it. People suffering from
rhinitis, sore throat and acidity should avoid pickles completely. Ripe
mango is a scavenger, urine, nutritious and weight gain fruit. It

Ripe mango is the best treatment for eye diseases such as night blindness or blindness. The disease is caused by a deficiency of vitamin A. Remedy for weight loss
The use of mango and milk is a
great and ideal treatment for weight loss. For this type of treatment,
always well-cooked and sweet mangoes should be chosen and they should be taken
with milk three times a day, ie in the morning, afternoon and evening. Eat
mango first and then drink milk. Because mango itself is abundant of sugar,
so drink milk without sugar. Mango is high in sugar but low in protein. Milk,
on the other hand, contains protein but no sugar. In this way, the

Remedy for Diabetes
The young leaves of the mango
tree are considered to be very useful in diabetes. After soaking the fresh
leaves in water overnight, squeeze the leaves thoroughly in the same water before
filtering the water in the morning. Drinking this drink daily in the
morning helps in controlling diabetes. As an alternative to this drink,
fresh leaves are dried in the shade. Then make powder of it and save it. It
is very useful to use this powder twice a day in the morning and evening with
half a teaspoon of water.
Remedy for tuberculosis
To get rid of
tuberculosis, use fresh mango juice mixed with 20 tolas of honey, five tolas in
the morning and evening and cow's or goat's milk at least three times a day and
night. Using it for 21 days also cures the incurable disease of
tuberculosis.
Remedy for Sore Throat
Mango bark is useful in treating diphtheria
and other sore throats. Its liquid is also used for external massage and
gargling. The gargle is made by boiling 125 ml of bark.
Remedy for Scorpion's
sting
The juice that comes out of the branch when
the mango fruit is plucked is applied on the scorpion's sting and the pain goes
away immediately. The same juice should be collected on the sting of the
bee and stored in a bottle. Eating jambul after eating mangoes will help
in digestion of mangoes.
